Privacy & refunds

What we collect

• When you save a spot: your name, email, and billing details (like ZIP code), collected by Stripe at checkout, plus which link or campaign brought you to us.
• Card details: handled by Stripe, which processes our payments. We never see or store your full card number.
• When you email us: your message and email address.
• Visiting the site: our host (Cloudflare) keeps standard technical logs, and the page loads its fonts from Google Fonts. We don't run ad trackers on this site.

How we use it

To hold your spot, email you about Hello Hello (setup, pricing, shipping), process refunds, and understand which links bring people to us.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data, and we don't share it except with the services that run this site and take payments (Stripe, Cloudflare, and our email provider).

Your choices

Email hello@hellohellophone.com to see, correct, or delete what we have about you. We keep payment records as long as the law requires.

Refunds

The $5 deposit is fully refunded on request, any time before service starts. Email hello@hellohellophone.com from the address you used, and we'll refund it to your original payment method.
